Program description: Trigen Energy LLC ("Trigen") uses text messaging to reply to landowners who contact us by text after receiving a letter from us about their property. Messages are used to answer questions, share information about the opportunity described in our letter, and schedule calls. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in: You opt in by sending a text message to (317) 723-0361, the Trigen phone number printed on our letter. We do not send text messages to numbers that have not texted us first.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
